About the Company
A long-term partner, not a transactional vendor.
ATCOPETRO provides specialised energy-related services to government and private stakeholders. Headquartered in Kuwait, the company operates across the neighbouring GCC states and internationally, and has done so without interruption since 1974.
The company offers a comprehensive range of products and services across the oil and energy sector: consultancy, conceptual design, project management, equipment supply, start-up and commissioning, crude oil and petroleum product supply, and strategic storage solutions. Working closely with government and private sector organisations, ATCOPETRO delivers both turnkey solutions and discrete systems intended to raise efficiency over the long life of an asset.
Our value is continuity. The firm has worked through every major chapter of Kuwait’s modern energy history — the build-out of the national oil companies, the Gulf War and the reconstruction that followed, and the downstream transformation that reshaped the country’s refining capacity. Specifications, failure modes, operator practices and procurement realities that a newcomer must learn are already held within the firm.
We take positions alongside our clients — as contractor, as manufacturer’s agent, and as investor in regional energy ventures — because durable outcomes in this sector are measured in decades rather than in contract terms.
