Feasibility, Troubleshooting & Maintenance

We prepare independent feasibility and economic studies for new ventures, and run diagnostic programmes for installed assets whose performance has drifted from design intent — followed through to repair, maintenance and verification rather than stopping at the report.

How we work

Practical, efficient, effective — stand-alone or turnkey.

Engagements begin with the operating reality of the asset: what it was designed to do, what it does today, and what the operator is willing to shut down to fix. From there we scope the smallest intervention that achieves the outcome, and see it through procurement, execution and verification.
